About our pastured poultry
Our c
hicken and turkey are the most popular foods we grow. We raise our meat birds in small batches in portable pasture pens we move each day. Our birds are clean and healthy and always have lots of nutritious grass, clover and bugs to eat.

In addition, we feed our pastured broilers certified organic grain grown by Bucky Ziegler of Paradise Valley Organic Farm, in Limestoneville, PA. This assures you that your chicken is fed highly nutritious, chemical–free and GMO–free grain, in addition to fresh grasses and legumes.

Our chickens are the freshest you'll eat because we process them the day before you pick them up. The texture and flavor of a pastured chicken or turkey can't be beat.  There is just no comparison between pastured poultry and bland, antibiotic-laced, factory-raised birds.

About our beef
Our beef comes from prime, young Angus/Hereford cattle raised entirely on pasture. The flavor is rich. The meat is lean and tender. It has less marbling, or intramuscular fat, than grain-fed beef. Our beef is custom-aged, vacuum-packaged and flash-frozen, ensuring the best flavor and long storage life in your freezer. Wholes, halves, and quarters are priced according to a hanging weight of 450-650 pounds for a whole beef.

Our pasture-raised, grass-fed lamb has a delicate flavor that continues to get rave reviews. The meat is tender with a taste that is mild and delicious, quite unlike the fatty, grain-fed lamb commonly available.

About our pork
Our pork is full of flavor and texture that comes from being raised outside in an environment where they can run, root and act like pigs naturally would. Our custom processor does an excellent job curing the hams, bacon and sausage, giving the meat that old-fashioned flavor you can’t get with factory-grown pork.
