About Us

Deb and Jim "bought the farm" on April Fool's day, 2022. After thirty plus years in Healthcare IT, farming was a big change. In the first year Todd and John Hopkins, the previous owners of Fork Farm, patiently guided us through how the farm worked. They helped us learn the ins and outs of life on the farm, taking care of the animals, the business, markets, Buying Clubs, and on and on.

Somehow, we survived, and it has been a fun ride ever since.
